Meet The Team
The Trainers
The team of trainers help to make our courses informative and enjoyable.
Avril is our longest serving trainer and delivers a wide range of courses, including First Aid, Manual Handling (Objects and People) and Food Safety.
Carole is a new member of the team and delivers Manual Handling (Objects and People), First Aid and Food Safety.
Nigel is our Health and Safety and Licensing course specialist, and also delivers First Aid training.
Richard is a new member of the team and delivers Manual Handling (Objects and People), First Aid and Food Safety.
At particularly busy times, we call on the services of our contract trainers, Anne, John, Keith and Neil to help deliver our most popular First Aid.
The Administrators
All of the course delivery is supported by a high level of customer care from the administration staff.
Paul is our Reception and Training Administrator, greeting callers over the telephone and visitors to the building, as well as providing support to the Training Officers.
Ruth is the Office Administrator, overseeing the booking of training courses, liaison with our customers, and providing support to the Company Directors.
The Directors
Bob is the Managing Director and co-founder of the company in 1998, overseeing the strategic direction of the business.
Hilary is the Director of Finance and co-founder of the company in 1998, overseeing the accounts and Company finance.
Nick is the Director of Training and oversees all aspects of training, course delivery and training development.
Stuart is the Director of Communications, overseeing internal communications and representing the company externally.
