Which First Aid course should I attend?
In any company, the number and type of first aid personnel would be based on an assessment. In assessing need, employers need to consider:
- workplace hazards and risks;
- the size of the organisation;
- the organisation's history of accidents;
- the nature and distribution of the workforce;
- the remoteness of the site from emergency medical services;
- the needs of travelling, remote and lone workers;
- employees working on shared or multi-occupied sites;
- annual leave and other absences of first aiders and appointed persons.

Individuals new to first aid, or those who want to learn the basic skills, may be interested in the Basic Life Support course
Why aren't the course fees listed on your website?
One of our strengths is our ability to tailor the courses to your particular needs. When you contact us directly, we will offer you our most competitive price based on your requirements.
Where are the courses held?
We're very happy to travel to a venue of your choice, or we can deliver training at our premises in Pontypridd or Bridgend.
I've lost my certificate, can I get a replacement?
If you are able to provide the name of your course and the date you attended, we will be able to source a new certificate. Please note that there will be a fee for the replacement certificate.
Can you provide first aid supplies?
Yes, we can source competitively-priced first aid supplies as part of your course.
If you are not attending one of our courses but would like to purchase first aid supplies, please telephone to discuss your requirements and check the latest prices. To keep our costs as low as possible, we are unable to supply by post, but callers are welcome at our premises to collect orders.
