Working Safely - IOSH
Who should attend this course?
Working Safely is a one-day course for staff from any sector with no supervisory or managerial responsibility. It provides grounding in the essentials of health and safety.
Topics covered include;
- Introducing working safely
- Defining hazard and risk
- Identifying common hazards
- Improving safety performance
- Protecting our environment
Course delivery
The course is delivered in a classroom environment with group work and practical exercises. Workbooks are provided and candidates are encouraged to make additional notes. Completion of the course is subject to a formal examination at the end of the day.
Certified
Successful candidates will receive a certificate from the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health.
