Who should attend this course?
This course is designed for those working or volunteering in the childcare sector - from childminders to nursery and crèche workers. Our course is approved by the National Childminding Association.
Topics covered include;
- Dealing with unconscious casualties
- Resuscitation (CPR)
- Dealing with a choking casualty
- Wounds and bleeding
- Shock
- Head injuries
- Illnesses and injuries associated with infants and children
Course delivery
Candidates will be subject to continuous assessment by the trainer.

Certified
A certificate is issued to successful candidates which is valid for 3 years.
