Who should attend this course?
This course is ideal for anyone wishing to develop their skills in dealing with an emergency.
Topics covered include;
- What to do in an emergency
- Resuscitation (CPR)
- First aid for the unconscious casualty
- Wounds and Bleeding
- Plus any other injuries/conditions particular to the type of group, e.g. Scouts, Guiding Associations.
Course delivery
Candidates will be subject to continuous assessment by the trainer.
Course duration
Up to 6 hours
Certified
A certificate is issued to successful candidates which is valid for 3 years.
