Who should attend this course?
This course is designed for those working within a sports environment, or undertaking sports as a leisure pursuit in their spare time. The course covers Basic Life Support but is also tailored to deal with sports injuries.
Topics covered include;
- Dealing with unconscious casualties
- Resuscitation (CPR)
- Wounds and bleeding
- Choking
- Head injuries
- Dislocations
- Fractures
- Friction burns
Course delivery
Candidates will be subject to continuous assessment by the trainer.

Certified
A certificate is issued to successful candidates which is valid for 3 years.
